- Window: You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- How to start: Email cmarks8907@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.
- Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.
- Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
- Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
- Can't be returned: Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or missing parts, and gift cards.
